BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone who may be new to working in apartment communities, enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

Position Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests independently
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations
• Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
• Previous maintenance, construction, or renovation experience
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
