Innovative Hearing in San Diego, CA is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our growing team! The qualified candidate will be responsible for conducting full hearing assessments and hearing instrument fittings, all while providing top-quality patient care. The right candidate will have a proven track record in hearing instrument fitting and excellent patient care.
You will:
- Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
Requirements:
- MUST have a CA hearing instrument dispensing license or Audiology Licensure and begin to work right away with little to no supervision or direction.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience dispensing hearing instruments preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have sales aptitude, and can manage time effectively.
