ABOUT GLOMI WELLNESS LAB

Glomi Wellness Lab is a physician-led, concierge medical aesthetic practice founded and operated by Kristin Dean, MD. We offer a curated menu of advanced treatments including injectables, CO2 Fractional Laser Resurfacing, Solaria IPL, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, and Vasculaze vascular laser therapy — all delivered under true physician oversight with a commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient experience.

We are growing, and we are looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and ethical sales professional to grow with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary — compensation is 25% commission on all revenue you generate through closed consultations, treatment packages, and event sales. For a high performer in this industry, this structure offers exceptional income potential.

— Close $20,000/month in treatment revenue → earn $5,000

— Close $50,000/month in treatment revenue → earn $12,500

— Close $100,000/month in treatment revenue → earn $25,000

This role is ideal for an experienced medical aesthetics sales professional who is confident in their ability to drive revenue independently and wants to be directly rewarded for their performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

— Self-generate leads through your own network and outreach

— Present general information about our available treatments in an educational, accurate, and brand-aligned manner — all clinical assessments, candidacy determinations, and treatment recommendations are made exclusively by the clinical team

— Follow up with leads generated through our marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, referrals, and paid advertising

— Present and close treatment packages, series, and events that have been outlined and approved by the clinical team

— Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and closed sales in our CRM

— Work in close coordination with the clinical team, ensuring all patient interactions are routed appropriately and that no clinical guidance is provided

— Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and membership enrollment within the framework established by the clinical team

— Represent the Glomi Wellness Lab brand with professionalism, integrity, and warmth at all times

— Attend Glomi Wellness Lab events to support the clinical team in closing sales

IMPORTANT — SCOPE OF THIS ROLE

This is a sales role, not a clinical role. The Sales Consultant does not assess patient suitability, determine candidacy, make treatment recommendations, or advise on medical protocols in any capacity. All clinical decisions are made solely by clinical staff members. Candidates must understand, respect, and strictly operate within this boundary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

— Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical spa, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, or medical device industry

— Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket treatment packages and meeting or exceeding revenue targets

— General familiarity with aesthetic treatments sufficient to speak knowledgeably about services in a non-clinical, brand-approved context

— Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

— Experience working with lead management or CRM systems

— Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating independently without a base salary

— Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to sales — we do not believe in pressure tactics

— Reliable availability for lead follow-up and consultation scheduling

— Experience in a commission-only or high-commission sales environment

— Familiarity with treatment platforms such as Morpheus8, CO2 lasers, IPL, or vascular lasers at a general marketing level

— Background working within a physician-led or clinically credentialed practice where the sales and clinical roles were clearly delineated

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

— 25% commission on all closed revenue attributed to your consultations and sales activity

— Commission is calculated on collected revenue, paid [weekly / bi-weekly / monthly — select one]

— No cap on earnings

— This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and business expenses

— No base salary, draw, or guaranteed minimum

WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR

This role is not a fit for candidates who need a base salary to feel financially stable while ramping, who have difficulty operating within a clearly defined non-clinical scope, or who prefer a more directive sales environment. We are looking for someone who is energized by the commission-only model, has the track record to back it up, is self-motivated, and genuinely understands what it means to support a physician-led practice.
