:  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the communications field. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal and external communication efforts by coordinating various projects, assisting in content creation, and helping maintain consistent messaging across all channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including meetings, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Help maintain and update the company’s website and intranet content.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports for the communications team.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content accurately.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of media relations and public relations principles.
