Position Overview
We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions and client service operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin their professional career in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with questions and service-related inquiries
* Provide professional face-to-face customer support
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
* Support team members with daily operational tasks

* Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
