What You'll Be Doing

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will serve as a trusted counselor and strategic advisor to clients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client's goals

• Drafting sophisticated estate planning documents

• Preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

• Advising clients regarding wealth transfer strategies

• Counseling closely held business owners on succession planning

• Assisting with trust and estate administration matters

• Coordinating with accountants, financial planners, and fiduciaries

• Guiding clients from initial consultation through implementation

• Participating in educational seminars and client presentations

• Supporting business development and referral relationships

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an attorney who combines strong technical expertise with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• Active bar membership in good standing

• Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience

• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents

• Strong client counseling and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to independently manage matters from consultation through execution

Preferred Qualifications

• LL.M. in Taxation

• Advanced estate, gift, and fiduciary tax planning experience

• Multi-state licensure

• Established referral relationships or portable business
