We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events from conception through to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Event Coordinator will collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, meets objectives, and exceeds expectations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all event logistics from start to finish to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and service providers.

Qualifications



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
