Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager – Vaden Hyundai Statesboro

Are you an experienced Automotive F&I Manager ready to take your career to the next level in a high-volume, customer-focused environment? Vaden Hyundai Statesboro, part of the 14-store Group, is looking for a results-driven leader to join our team.

We’re seeking a dynamic F&I Manager who can confidently present financing options, drive profitability through aftermarket product sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience—while ensuring full compliance with state and lender regulations.

What You’ll Do:

Present tailored financing options to customers with clarity and confidence
Sell value-added products and protection plans to enhance the ownership experience
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all documentation: loans, taxes, titles, and registration
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to offer competitive terms
Deliver a seamless, transparent, and customer-first experience
Help drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-up
Maintain strong CSI scores and exceed performance benchmarks
Remain compliant with all applicable laws and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Automotive F&I Management Experience (Banking background alone is not applicable)
Strong knowledge of leasing structures, lender programs, and special finance
Expertise in South Carolina title, registration, and tax requirements
Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance
