We are hiring an experienced Manager in recruitment to join a high-performing global recruitment firm who are looking to hire in Florida, for either their Orlando or Fort Lauderdale offices.

There are also opportunities in New York, Austin and Los Angeles as well.

The company has been operating in the US market for several years and has built strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are now hiring experienced recruitment professionals for billing roles which could include people management.

Applications are welcome from both US-based recruiters and UK recruiters looking to relocate to the United States.

The Role

As a Manager/Team Lead, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own desk in the Engineering sector across Florida.

• Full 360 recruitment process including business development, client management and candidate delivery
• People management, driving performance and activity.
• Building and managing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing recruitment team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the team and office

About You

• 3+ years recruitment agency experience
• Proven experience working in a 360 recruitment management role
• Sector experience in engineering, MEP – but our client is open on sector experience.
• Ability to manage a team of recruiters and motivate them
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience billing within a recruitment agency environment
• Degree preferred (to support visa sponsorship where applicable)
