**Freelance Recruiter / Hiring Partner**

High Test is looking for independent freelance recruiters to help us identify and refer qualified candidates for our hiring needs.
This is a **performance-based partnership**. Compensation is provided **only for successful hires** — when a referred candidate is hired and officially starts working with the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
Source and identify relevant candidates
Reach out to potential talent through your own channels and network
Present job opportunities in a clear and professional manner
Refer qualified candidates to the High Test team
Support communication throughout the hiring process
**Compensation**
Paid per successful hire
No fixed salary or hourly payment
Earnings are based entirely on results
**Preferred Qualifications**
Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Ability to work independently and deliver candidates proactively
Strong communication and outreach skills
Access to professional networks, communities, or sourcing channels
