Immediate Opportunities Available! BrightStar Care of Carlsbad is seeking experienced and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) for ongoing in-home infusion cases and skilled nursing visits throughout North County San Diego, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Fallbrook, and surrounding areas. We are looking for nurses experienced in providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care in the home setting, including infusion therapy, IV starts, lab draws, port access, CVAD care, wound care, and skilled nursing services for both pediatric and adult patients. • Providing 1:1 nursing care in patients’ homes on a per diem basis
• Administering IV infusion therapies for adult and pediatric patients
• Performing IV starts, port access, lab draws, and skilled nursing visits
• Assessing and monitoring patients before, during, and after treatments
• Educating patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, and the BrightStar Care clinical team
• Following all infection control, safety, and compliance standards

Ideal Candidates Have

• Current, unrestricted California RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Home infusion, IV therapy, ICU, ER, oncology, home health, hospice, or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong IV, venous access, and clinical assessment skills
• Experience with ports and central venous access devices (CVADs) preferred
• Experience with wound care, phlebotomy, and skilled nursing visits a plus
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and willingness to travel throughout North County San Diego
