Position Overview:

Skilled and passionate Massage Therapist at a luxury salon and spa. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in a culture-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Massage Therapists are responsible for providing customized bodywork services, supporting the salon’s elevated standards, and contributing to a cohesive, respectful, and high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional massage and body treatments tailored to each guest's needs, ensuring a luxury experience with every service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment space in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Educate clients on massage benefits and recommend follow-up treatments and retail products to support wellness goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high rebooking and retention rates.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa and salon team to uphold the culture and deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Follow all company policies, protocols, and procedures with integrity and accountability.
  • Attend and actively participate in required team meetings, trainings, and continuing education to stay current on techniques, trends, and company initiatives.
  • Support team goals and assist in maintaining a peaceful and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state massage therapy license and liability insurance.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a spa or salon setting; luxury or high-end experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for wellness, personal growth, and client care.
