Pay Range: $29.23 - $36.28 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Screening Assessment indicates determination of most appropriate services/ disposition according to patient s clinical needs consideration of least restrictive alternatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors in required field ( Psychology)
• Certified Screener or Eligible for certification
• 1 to 2 years’ experience

Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):

• Part-Time  
• Evening
• 24 Hour Work Week

Essential Functions:

• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports in a timely manner prior to end of shift.
• Provides hotline information/referral/interventions that conforms to Screening guidelines.
• Screening Assessment indicates determination of most appropriate services/ disposition .according to patient s clinical needs consideration of least restrictive alternatives.
• Screening Document contains clear description of dangerousness due to mental illness as per Screening Law and guidelines from DMHS Screener Certification training.
• Screening Document reflects clear description of patient s mental illness as per Screening Law and guidelines from DMHS Certification training.
