Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team consisting of a Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, and Project Manager
• Oversee daily network and infrastructure support operations across client environments
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues and service delivery standards
• Coordinate network and systems projects from planning through execution
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex networking, firewall, and connectivity issues
• Work closely with the Project Manager to prioritize workloads, timelines, and client deliverables
• Develop and enforce best practices for network security, documentation, and operational consistency
• Monitor performance, conduct regular team check-ins, and provide coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate with leadership on resource planning, process improvement, and client satisfaction initiatives
• Support strategic technology planning, including infrastructure modernization and cybersecurity enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles
• Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead capacity
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networking
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Experience supporting multi-client environments or MSP operations
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and client stakeholders
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced service environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MSP leadership experience strongly preferred
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Network+, Security+, Fortinet NSE, or similar
• Exposure to cloud networking and infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and service delivery metrics
• Experience driving cybersecurity best practices across networks and endpoints

Salary:

• $75,000 - $100,000
