An UHNWI is seeking a trustworthy and proactive personal assistant. In this role, you will provide daily and long-term support to the principal. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to anticipate needs ahead of time, and have the highest sense of discretion.

Requirements

• Experience as a personal assistant or house manager
• Demonstrated success juggling multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
• Experience coordinating business and personal calendars
• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• High degree of discretion,
• Adaptable, motivated, and proactive work ethic

Duties

• Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
• Managing multiple homes
• Gift buying, errand running, and scheduling all personal appointments
• Interacting with high-profile associates
• Acting as the gatekeeper to the principal
• Booking travel and preparing detailed travel itineraries
• Supervising vendors and household staff
• Planning events
