PROJECT MANAGER – ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA

Schedule: Full-Time 

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE

A growing company in Rancho Bernardo is seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager to support projects from initial planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who has developed project coordination or project management experience and is ready to take greater ownership of timelines, deliverables, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables

Communicate project updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams

Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items

Schedule meetings and prepare project documentation and status reports

Maintain accurate records, contracts, change orders, and related files

Identify potential delays or challenges and escalate concerns promptly

Assist with resource planning, purchasing, and vendor coordination

Help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget

Support multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

1–4 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with project management software is a plus

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn
