We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Intermediate Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The Intermediate Purchasing Assistant will support the purchasing department by managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to avoid shortages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier contracts.
- Cost Control: Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient purchasing and supplier negotiations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with company goals.
