Job Title: QA ETL Tester
Location: Katy, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA ETL Tester with strong experience in functional testing, SQL, and ETL integration testing. The role involves validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with data engineering and development teams to maintain high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing of data integration and ETL processes
• Validate ETL workflows to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts
• Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Functional Testing
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
• Hands-on experience in ETL and data warehouse testing
• Understanding of data integration concepts and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
• Must have experience in RMS (Retail Management System) / Retail domain Mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
