RHT High School Healthcare Pathways Developer – South/East Central
Grant funded through September 30, 2028 (position is contingent upon renewed grant funding by the terms outlined by contract through September 30, 2031). Responsible for Manchester CC, Nashua CC, Great Bay CC, Lakes Region CC.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Promotes and develops healthcare career pathways for high school students under the Rural Healthcare Transformation (RHT) grant, with responsibility for outreach to high schools, healthcare employers, and community-based organizations across the regions.
This position focuses on building sustainable pipelines from high school into postsecondary education and healthcare careers, including exposure, dual enrollment, pre-apprenticeship, and other work-based learning models aligned with regional healthcare workforce needs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with major study in education, public health, workforce development, social sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience as a teacher, academic/career advisor, workforce or program coordinator, or similar role within education, workforce development, healthcare, or related sectors, with responsibility for program development, implementation, or outreach.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation for statewide travel.
