Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support multiple client engagements and teams simultaneously.
• Assign tasks to staff auditors and manage workflow effectively.
• Review team members' work for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Conduct thorough risk and control assessments for engagements.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
• Actively participate in networking and community events.

General Requirements (All Levels):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with significant progress toward CPA completion (CPA License required for Manager level).
• 6+ years of public accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounting and auditing practices.
• Multi-industry experience (e.g., construction, manufacturing, small business, healthcare, technology, non-profits, government, benefit plans) is a plus.
• Proficiency with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Recent public accounting experience is required; internal audit, DoD, or government auditing experience is not applicable.

Senior Auditor Requirements:

• CPA in process.
• Minimum 3 busy seasons in public accounting.
• Experience with NFP and Single Audits is a plus but must be willing to learn.
• Compensation: $84,000 - $97,000 base salary plus annual bonus.

Supervisor Requirements:

• CPA in process.
• At least 2 busy seasons as a senior auditor.
• NFP and Single Audit experience preferred but must be open to learning.
• Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 base salary plus annual bonus.

Manager Requirements:

• Active and current CPA License required.
• 7-8 busy seasons in public accounting with demonstrated career progression.
• Experience with NFP and Single Audits is required.
• Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary plus annual bonus.
