The magnificent clubhouse, which emulates the classic British Colonial style that Williamsburg is renowned for, provides its guests with unsurpassed hospitality and service when dining or entertaining family, friends and clients. Colonial Heritage Club is looking for outgoing individuals to join our team! As a Snack Bar Attendant, you will take food and drink orders and serve Members and Guests at our outdoor Snack Bar, delivering friendly, timely, and attentive service throughout their visit. Snack Bar Attendant (Part-Time) Colonial Heritage Club – Williamsburg, VA Compensation: $12.77 per hour + tips Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide food and beverage service to Members and Guests during their golf game or other club events, following proper golf etiquette when approaching groups.
  • Greet Members promptly by name, welcome their guests, and maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Deliver timely service to ensure golfers are not delayed, maintaining communication with other attendants, the Beverage Cart, and management to ensure proper coverage.
  • Assist Members and Guests by disposing of trash, offering directions, and maintaining a clean, consistent environment.
  • Stock the snack bar with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies prior to opening.
  • Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile the daily bank. Process all business and deposit materials at the end of each shift.
  • Restock products promptly to maintain proper par levels and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and up-sell when appropriate. Review tee sheets and attend lineups to anticipate Member preferences and create memorable moments.
  • Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Protect company property including products, cash banks, keys, and equipment.
  • Document spills and product waste daily using par vs. usage sheets.
  • Clean and sanitize the snack bar at the end of each shift, maintaining health code standards at all times.
  • Communicate with the Service/F&B Director regarding product needs, quality concerns, or presentation issues.
  • Support fellow employees, Members, and Guests by living the ECHO Teamwork philosophy—helping proactively and participating as a team member.
  • Notify a supervisor immediately of Member or Guest complaints and practice effective service recovery.
Other Accountabilities
  • Perform additional tasks as needed due to the dynamic nature of club operations.
  • Follow all company, club, and departmental standards, policies, procedures, manuals, and instructions.
  • Maintain professional conduct and safe working habits in all areas, including the kitchen.
  • Follow all service department, club, and corporate guidelines as instructed.
  • Attend required Service Training Meetings and daily lineups.
  • Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets Up to Par and property standards each day.
