Renewed Performance, LLC is a rehabilitation, wellness, and human performance company focused on helping individuals improve recovery, movement, physical wellness, and overall performance. The company provides services including physical therapy, recovery support, sports rehabilitation, performance training, wellness coaching, and personalized treatment programs for athletes and active individuals. Renewed Performance combines evidence based care with modern recovery techniques, therapeutic equipment, and individualized wellness services to support long term health and recovery goals. Renewed Performance is seeking a professional and patient focused Spa Therapist to support recovery and wellness services within the clinic environment. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic body treatments and recovery focused wellness services that help clients reduce muscle tension, improve relaxation, and support post training or rehabilitation recovery. The Spa Therapist will work closely with therapy and performance staff to deliver a high quality client experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, knowledge of wellness and recovery practices, and experience using therapeutic tools and treatment equipment in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage and wellness treatments based on individual client recovery needs
• Prepare treatment rooms, therapy tables, linens, towels, oils, and recovery equipment before appointments
• Support recovery focused services that promote relaxation, muscle recovery, mobility, and wellness
• Maintain accurate appointment records and communicate client concerns or observations when appropriate
• Ensure treatment rooms, wellness equipment, and therapy tools remain sanitized and properly organized
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and performance staff to support client recovery experiences
• Educate clients on wellness practices, hydration, recovery care, and treatment expectations
• Follow company safety procedures, scheduling standards, and client confidentiality practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification or state licensure in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Bodywork Therapy, or a related wellness field as required by local regulations
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness clinic, rehabilitation facility, recovery center, or healthcare environment preferred
• Knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques, muscle recovery methods, and wellness focused treatments
• Ability to safely use massage tables, hot towels, therapy oils, recovery tools, foam rollers, percussion devices, and related wellness equipment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and client confidentiality in a healthcare and wellness environment
• Comfortable working in a collaborative setting alongside therapists, recovery specialists, and performance staff
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical treatment activities throughout scheduled shifts
• CPR or Basic Life Support certification is preferred
