Family and Student Services Coordinator Location: Remote (THRIVE Virtual Cooperative)

Position Summary THRIVE Virtual Cooperative is seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team. The Family and Student Services Coordinator requires extensive collaboration with counselors, administrators, and staff across multiple school districts. The ideal candidate must be an excellent multitasker, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and professionalism. Duties and Responsibilities The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
District Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate effectively with counselors, administrators, and educational stakeholders across multiple school districts.
Student Records & Scheduling: Utilize a strong working knowledge of high school graduation requirements, credits, transcripts, and student scheduling to support student pathways.
Remote Operations: Work independently in a home/remote environment while maintaining communication, productivity, and professional standards.
Task Management: Successfully manage multiple priorities, organizational tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
Other Duties: Perform various other program-related tasks and support duties as assigned. In-person requirements as directed by Principal; must be available to work in-person on an as needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications Degree in School Counseling or a related field.
Strong understanding of high school credits, graduation requirements, and scheduling.
Experience working with multiple districts, schools, or educational stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated with the verified ability to work effectively from home.
