What will you do?

As an Assistant Site Leader, you support daily operations, lead shifts, and help the team deliver consistent, high-quality service by:
• Setting the tone as the “Director of First Impressions”—welcoming customers and ensuring they leave feeling taken care of
• Leading by example, coaching and supporting team members
• Help create a positive, high-performing team environment
• Ensure brand standards are met every day
Other daily responsibilities include:
• Performing and training on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing parts, and testing adjustments
• Managing schedules and supporting team development
• Conducting shift audits and ensuring processes are followed
• Handling customer concerns and assisting with damage claims
• Supporting local marketing efforts and tracking results
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and running efficiently
