Join a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-tech sterilization and contamination control systems for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Automated Warehouse Specialist to join their Team in Sellersville.
salary: $47,000 - $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of parts—unloading, inspecting, and verifying inbound shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintaining high levels of inventory precision through regular cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing the workflows of automated or semi-automated warehouse systems.
- Preparing and validating critical shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation for international shipments.
- Act as a bridge between the Customer Care Team, sales, and service departments to prioritize urgent shipments for clients in the life sciences sector.
- Utilize SAP/WMS systems to process shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
- Operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment when required.
The essential functions of this role include:
