Tasting Room Sales Associate (Wine + Private Experiences)

Not your typical tasting room job. At Folded Hills, you’re not just pouring wine—you’re leading private ranch experiences, interacting with animals, and hosting guests in a 600-acre working ranch setting. This role is part hospitality, part sales, part experience guide.

Compensation:$35–$45/hour average (hourly + tips) Top performers consistently earn on the higher end through wine sales and guest engagement.

What You’ll Do
-Host elevated wine tastings and create memorable guest experiences
-Lead private ranch tours and experiences (including animal interactions)
-Drive wine sales and wine club conversions through genuine connection
-Represent the Folded Hills brand with confidence and authenticity
-Manage multiple guests and experiences simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Who This Role Is For
You’re outgoing, confident, and naturally good with people
You like sales and are motivated by earning potential
You’re comfortable leading groups and being the face of an experience
You don’t want a repetitive job—you want variety and energy
Hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
