Overview
Le Truc will create a hands-on, immersive internship experience within our team. A nimble group of emerging creative students and recent graduates will be selected to work on real projects for real brands, alongside our creative directors, strategists, producers, and creative technologists.
This internship track is designed for interns with a strong interest in AI-driven creative work, particularly design, prompt engineering, and visual/video generation. Interns will explore how emerging AI tools can be used responsibly and creatively to support concept development, prototyping, and production.
Our internships are designed to give bright, curious individuals the most realistic experience available in the advertising industry. All interns are embraced as contributing employees of Le Truc and are expected to do their part in delivering big, campaignable ideas. Participants work alongside top talent at the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture.
Interns will experience the full life cycle of an agency pitch and gain hands-on skills in collaboration, creative problem-solving, presentation, and process. They will also develop an understanding of how AI and emerging technologies integrate into the creative process across agency disciplines.
Responsibilities
Partnering with creative teams to concept and execute against briefs using AI-assisted workflows for visual and video exploration
Experimenting with AI image and video generation tools to support concepting, pre-visualization, and creative development
Developing, testing, and refining prompts and prompt systems to achieve consistent, high-quality visual outputs
Collaborating with designers, creative technologists, and producers to support production and post-production deliverables
Assisting in the creation of AI-driven prototypes, motion tests, and visual explorations for pitches and client work
Participating in client meetings and presenting work to internal teams
Helping document learnings, prompts, and workflows to support creative experimentation and knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
Strong interest in AI-driven design, particularly for visual and video output
Experience or hands-on experimentation with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar generative platforms
A solid design eye with an understanding of composition, color, motion, and visual storytelling
Ability to make things, test ideas, and iterate - not just theorize
Comfort learning new tools quickly and working through experimentation
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and curious
Interest in new and emerging platforms, and how technology can elevate creative ideas
Hunger to learn from management and executive teams, and a desire to grow while pushing creative boundaries
Embody a positive, diverse, ambitious, and respectful culture

Compensation Range: $17.00/hr.- $24.19/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
