Position Overview
Manages load assignments, shipment tracking, and operational coordination through Oregon-based systems. Louisville candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operations and assist with process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and monitor freight loads across multiple routes
Track shipments and maintain detailed operational documentation
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain operational alignment
Escalate operational or scheduling conflicts as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Louisville candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
