Medical Sales Representative Salem OR
Full-Time | Base Pay + Bonuses up to $200K for experienced Salesperson

We are hiring a Medical Sales Representative/Case Manager to join our busy and growing practice in Salem, OR. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning strong performance-based income.
In this role, you will meet with new patients, explain recommended care plans, review payment options, and help patients get started with treatment. You will also help grow the practice through community outreach and referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new patients and understand their goals
• Explain treatment recommendations from providers
• Review financial options and payment plans
• Help patients enroll in care plans
• Follow up with leads and current patients
• Build relationships with attorneys and referral sources
• Participate in marketing and community outreach
• Meet monthly sales goals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required (preferably 5 to 10 years of sales training)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident closing sales and overcoming objections
• Motivated, goal-driven, and professional
• Healthcare or medical sales experience is a plus
