Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Virtual Survey Program Representative to support online survey and market research initiatives. In this role, you will participate in survey projects, review and validate responses, maintain accurate records, and assist with data collection activities. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while following project guidelines and maintaining data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in online survey and research programs according to project requirements.
• Review and accurately complete surveys within established deadlines.
• Verify survey information for completeness and consistency.
• Record and organize survey responses using company systems or databases.
• Maintain accurate records of completed assignments and participation.
• Follow survey instructions and quality standards to ensure reliable data collection.
• Report technical issues or inconsistencies encountered during survey activities.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding project updates, scheduling, or questions.
• Protect confidential information and comply with company privacy and data security policies.
• Meet productivity, participation, and quality expectations.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to survey and research projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support, or market research is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
