Job Description
Title: Social Media Manager/Facebook Page Manager
Duration: 3-6 Months
Office Location: Fully Remote
Position Summary: The client manages one of the largest independently run Facebook page ecosystems globally, reaching more than 100 million followers across a wide range of niches. This is not a hobby network - it's a high-volume, data-driven operation that requires a seasoned operator to maintain momentum while consistently pushing growth. You'll own the day-to-day health of the network, actively produce and distribute content, engage audiences, and scale pages in a way very few social professionals ever experience.
Responsibilities - Own daily execution across a Facebook page portfolio totaling 100M+ followers, including content planning, posting schedules, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization
- Produce original AI-powered content using the client's proprietary platform, becoming deeply familiar with how to generate and scale high-performing creative
- Identify top-performing content and redeploy it strategically across the network to extend reach and engagement
- Grow existing pages while identifying, testing, and launching new pages in emerging or underserved verticals
- Actively manage community interactions by replying to comments, overseeing inbox activity, and encouraging participation across pages
- Plan and run organic promotional initiatives for the client's platform, driving traffic, clicks, and user signups
- Measure and report performance metrics including follower growth, engagement, reach, CTRs, and new page traction
- Stay ahead of changes to Facebook's algorithm, organic distribution patterns, and content trends affecting reach
Ideal background - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-traffic Facebook pages or multi-page networks
- Proven ability to grow Facebook audiences organically, with clear examples of pages you've scaled
- Strong independent content skills - you can handle copywriting, visuals, and post creation without relying on a broader creative team
- Comfortable managing many pages at once through structured workflows, calendars, and cross-posting systems
- Deep intuition for how social algorithms surface content and what signals drive reach and distribution in 2026
- Enthusiastic about AI-assisted content creation and open to using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
- Natural community manager instincts - you know how to respond, engage, and convert lurkers into active followers
- Data-oriented decision maker who evaluates performance trends before adjusting strategy
Nice to have: experience with Facebook Ads, multi-platform content strategies, or managing pages across multiple content niches simultaneously
