We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Travel Booking Coordinator to support daily operations by managing travel requests, coordinating booking details, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from planning through confirmation. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and keeping multiple moving parts on track.
In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to assist with booking coordination, track important updates, and maintain accurate records. You'll work independently while ensuring a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and consistency across all client interactions.
Coordinate travel bookings, timelines, and key details
Assist with researching options and organizing travel arrangements based on client needs
Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm booking information
Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed
Maintain organized digital records and booking documentation
Review all booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support workflow efficiency by keeping all tasks on schedule
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (preferred, not required)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
